Wedding Cake Decorating Classes in the Philippines?
Hi, I’d be grateful if somebody from the Philippines can recommend me a reputable cake decorating school/classes (for short courses) or individual cake artists/chefs who offer classes in Wedding Cake Decorating.I am a cake decorator myself (i think advanced beginner level) and would like to polish my skills in Cake decorating. Please don’t recommend me Wilton.I’d like to learn from those cake artists/Decorator who have their own personal touch and able to incorporate nuances of asian cultures and traditions in their designs.I have surfed the net and the Philippines I think has so many talented professional cake artists that you have to get a recommendation who among them is considered among the best.A URL address will be OK.I’ll check them out.thanks.
I would recommend Heny Sison culinary school. She is very talented and trained abroad. She personally teaches the courses. Her cakes are quite different and beautiful indeed. You might want to check her website for classes and call their office for advanced cake decorating classes.
